Great communicator, worked hard for us.
We were referred to Russell through Jenman Real Estate Support and he did not disappoint! In a difficult market, through COVID and the Christmas/New Year period, Russell worked hard to get us a good price for our property - at least $30k above what other agents had suggested.
He communicated extremely well, calling us at least weekly as well as staying in touch by email. When we finally had a contract, Russell was extremely diligent in ensuring that all necessary steps were followed to the letter. As a result, we had a seamless and trouble-free handover at the end of the transaction. We have no hesitation in giving Russell top marks for his stewardship of our sale.

I don't think a larger real estate office could give this kind of attention and focus to 1 property. I found Russell to be very honest and he didn't try to add extra unnecessary expenses. He is one of the few agents around who is willing to list a property for private treaty and list a sale price to maximize the sale price. The price he achieved was significantly above the listed price.
